Our Ag Lenders are typically located in our Stillman Valley office, but are happy to assist customers at all six Stillman Bank locations. Stop in or call to schedule an appointment for us to come to you. We are happy to meet you in the field, at the shop, or at your kitchen table.
Ryan Reeverts
Ryan serves as Agricultural Loan Officer and is involved with all phases of agricultural lending. Born and raised in Ogle County, he is a fifth-generation farmer on his family’s grain & livestock farm. Ryan graduated from Byron High School and earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Agribusiness Economics from Southern Illinois University Carbondale.
Ryan currently serves as an Ogle County Board Member and is Treasurer of the Ogle County Farm Bureau Board of Directors. Additionally, he is the Young Leader Committee Chairman. He also serves on the Illinois FFA Foundation Board of Directors and enjoys volunteering with the Illinois FFA organization and local FFA chapters.
Molly Boyd
Molly serves as Agriculture Banking Representative and is involved in all phases of agricultural banking. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Consumer Economic from the University of Illinois.
Molly currently serves on the exhibit building committee for Ogle County 4-H, member of Ogle County Farm Bureau Young Leaders, committee member of Cardinal Community Christmas, and board member of the Mary McKee Educational Fund at 4-H House Cooperative Sorority. She also works on her family’s dairy farm in Winnebago. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and painting.
Thomas Hughes
Tom serves as the President & CEO of the bank. With over 34 years of experience in all aspects of banking, Tom currently specializes in agricultural and commercial lending. He earned his degree in Agribusiness from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and his MBA from Lewis University. He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI.
Tom has been very active in the community throughout his career. He currently serves as a member of the Village of Stillman Valley Economic Development Committee. In the past, Tom served as a Board Member for Ogle County Habitat for Humanity, Ogle County Fair Association, and the Oregon Chamber of Commerce. He also has served as Chairperson for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life (Ogle West).
