One Login for Online Banking and Bill Pay

Log in once and you’re in. Online Banking and Bill Pay share a single sign-on, so you can check balances, monitor transactions, transfer funds, and pay bills without toggling between systems. Access your deposit and loan accounts around the clock, and export data to QuickBooks, Quicken, and other financial software programs.

Account Access and Reporting

  • Account transaction history. Review up to 90 days of prior activity plus current-day transactions, sorted by date, check number, or amount.
  • Company-defined user access. Access the system with your own ID and password, and authorize others, such as a bookkeeper or accountant, at whatever level you choose. Change access anytime.
  • Download capabilities. Export account information into QuickBooks, Quicken, and other financial management software.
  • Reporting and controls. Run customized reports, delegate tasks, and set user permission controls.

Transfer Funds Between Accounts

Skip the paperwork, phone calls, and trips to the bank. Move funds between your Stillman Bank business accounts quickly, whether it’s shifting money from your operating account to payroll or making a Stillman Bank loan payment.

  • Immediate transfers. Move funds in real time whenever you need to.
  • Future-dated and recurring transfers. Set up a transfer once and let it run on schedule.
  • Loan payments. Set up a one-time payment or a recurring transfer for the life of the loan and never write a check.
  • Multiple layers of security. Keep transactions safe and prevent unauthorized account access.

Business Bill Pay That Works the Way You Do

Pay virtually anyone in the United States, including utilities, vendors, lenders, and credit card companies, all from one place. You control who gets paid, how much, and when. Schedule one-time, recurring, or future-dated payments, delegate tasks to staff members, and set permission controls so your finances stay organized as your business grows.

Stop Payments, Online, Anytime

Stop payment on a check day or night without calling the bank. Complete the online form, print, sign, and mail or fax it in. Your stop-pay instructions update immediately in our deposit and teller system, and you can view or print a detailed listing of every stop payment on file.

  • Check inquiry. Enter a check number and amount to confirm whether it has been paid.
  • Stronger audit controls. Initiate and verify the status of stop payments until the issue is resolved.

ACH Origination for Payroll and Payments

Stillman Bank ACH services give you the capability to set up automatic electronic payments and collections for direct deposit payroll, membership dues, dividends, vendor payments, federal or state tax payments, and even non-recurring payments. Direct deposit through ACH is safer, more convenient, and more cost-effective than processing paper checks, and it’s easily done through Stillman Business Online Banking. An ACH package requires a separate agreement; additional charges may apply.

  • Direct deposit payroll. Reduce processing costs compared to paper checks, and create the entire payroll online or upload it from your NACHA-compatible software.
  • Company-defined user access. Control who can originate ACH files on your behalf, with individual security settings for each user, including ACH limits.
  • Predictable cash flow. Electronic transfers clear on a more predictable schedule than paper checks.
  • Fewer lost or stolen checks. Eliminate the risk that comes with mailed payroll checks.
  • Same-day visibility. We post ACH activity three times a day, so you can see what’s paid into your account the same day rather than waiting until the next business day.
  • Strong security. Both hard and soft token security are used for multifactor authentication, and files are retained until you delete them.

Our daily ACH origination cutoff is 3:00 PM. Files are typically presented to us at least one business day before the effective day. If a correction is needed after a file is submitted, a second ACH file may be submitted containing only the correcting entry.
