Meet Our Trust Officers
Our Trust Department is located in our Rockford office (8492 East State Street), but we are happy to assist customers at all six Stillman Bank locations.
J. Joseph McCoy, JD
Joe serves as Trust Officer. Before joining Stillman Bank, McCoy was an attorney in Rockford for over 12 years specializing in trusts and estates. He was recognized as a “Leading Lawyer” in Illinois from 2015-2019. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and Law degree from the University of Miami.
McCoy currently serves on the Rockford Symphony Orchestra Board and is a member of its Finance and Governance Committees. He lives in Rockford with his wife and their three children.

Jeffrey Hartle
Jeff serves as Senior Vice President in our Rockford Office. He has over 30 years of experience in banking and financial services and currently specializes in wealth management. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University and the Illinois Banker Association (IBA) Commercial Banking School.
A longtime resident of northern Illinois, Hartle has been involved with a variety of community organizations. He currently serves on the Boone County Community Foundation Board and is a member of the organization’s finance committee. Jeff is also a Board Member of the Belvidere Area Chamber of Commerce and a Shriner for the Tebala Shriners Club of Rockford, sitting on the Finance Committees for both organizations. He is also a 3rd Degree Mason with the Belvidere Masonic Lodge.

Jessica Schrader
Jessica serves as our Trust Operations Officer. She has 20 years of banking experience in managing various departments. Her experience includes 11 years serving in a Vice President role managing financial, administrative, and operational functions. She earned her Bachelor of Science-Business Management and minor in Economics from Illinois State University. She holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) Certification.
Schrader has lived in the Stateline community for over 25 years. She served as a Vice President and Secretary Board of Director for the Roscoe Chamber of Commerce and has been involved with the Chamber Ambassadors along with several other local community groups. She currently serves as a marketing and communications board member for the Rockford Area SHRM. Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and friends and looks forward to camping adventures.

Eric Haugdahl
With five years of banking experience, Eric serves as our Associate Portfolio Manager. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Finance from Northern Illinois University.
A lifelong resident of Rockford, Eric currently serves on the Board of Directors for Circle of Change.
