Thomas R. Hughes

Tom serves as the President & COO of the bank. With over 34 years of experience in all aspects of banking, Tom currently specializes in agricultural and commercial lending. He earned his degree in Agribusiness from University of Wisconsin-Platteville and his MBA from Lewis University. He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, WI.

Tom has been very active in the community throughout his career. He currently serves as a member of the Village of Stillman Valley Economic Development Committee. In the past, Tom served as a Board Member for Ogle County Habitat for Humanity, Ogle County Fair Association, and the Oregon Chamber of Commerce. He also has served as Chairperson for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life (Ogle West).

Pat Donahue

Pat serves as Senior Vice President in our Oregon and Byron Offices. With over 18 years of banking experience, Pat specializes in personal and business lending. He earned his degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University, attended the ABA Banking School at Illinois Wesleyan and is a graduate of the Commercial Banking School in Texas. Before his career in banking, he was a business entrepreneur for 17 years.

As a lifelong Oregon resident, Pat is actively involved in the community. He volunteers his time with a number of area organizations including the Village of Progress Foundation, Autumn On Parade, Knights of Columbus and Oregon Economic Development. He has also been active in many youth sports programs and is the former head coach of the Oregon High School Girls Basketball team.

Bryan L. Markham

Bryan began his career at Stillman Bank in 2000 and currently serves as Vice President. He is a graduate of the University of Dubuque where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Finance.

Originally from Stillman Valley, Bryan now resides in Sterling. He is an active member of the Byron Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the chamber. Bryan is also the Treasurer for the Byron School District’s Foundation and a member of the Habitat for Humanity of Ogle County.
