Statement & eStatement Upgrade
We are excited to share that as of February 23, we have an enhanced statement experience! eStatements within Online Banking and our mobile app, as well as traditional paper statements, have been upgraded with a refreshed look. This is part of our ongoing commitment to providing convenient, dependable digital banking tools.
What You Need to Know
Re-enrollment is required
Even if you were enrolled in eStatements before, you will need to re-enroll. This one-time step ensures your preferences are securely connected to our new system. Only one account owner needs to complete this step and the enrollment will apply to all eligible accounts.

eStatements
Stillman Bank’s eStatements are the fastest and most convenient way to receive your monthly bank statement. And – best of all – they’re FREE! You no longer receive paper statements but instead, receive your monthly statement online. With internet access and a few simple clicks, you have control of when and where to receive your statements. Storing and retrieving your records has never been easier!

- Keep all of your eStatements in one safe and secure location.

What do eStatements look like?

Enroll in eStatements:
Ready to go paperless? To enroll in eStatements, you will need a Stillman checking, savings, or home equity loan account and access to Stillman Online.
Online Banking (Web)
- Log in to Online Banking from your computer browser
- From your Dashboard, select the “E Statements” button.
- The next screen will take a moment to load. You will be presented with the eStatement Disclosure Agreement. When you are ready to move forward, click on “I Accept” towards the top left of the agreement.
- You are now enrolled in eStatements for all of your accounts. When the next screen loads, if you have already been enrolled in eStatements, you will be able to view your 2-year history of statements.
- To return to Online Banking at any time, click on Dashboard on the left.

Mobile App (Android & iOS)
- Open the Mobile App and sign in.
- Locate and tap the “E Statements” button from your dashboard.
- The next screen will take a moment to load. You will be presented with the eStatement Disclosure Agreement. When you are ready to move forward, tap on “I Accept” above the agreement.
- You are now enrolled in eStatements for all of your accounts. When the next screen loads, if you have already been enrolled in eStatements you will be able to view your 2-year history of statements.
- To return to your other Online Banking screens, tap the X in the top left corner.

After you sign up, we will send you an e-mail each month to let you know your new eStatement is available for viewing online.
You can then log in to Stillman Online with your User ID and Password, click on the “E Statements” icon located at the top of the Online Banking dashboard and choose the month’s statement you would like to view. A copy of your statement will be available for you to view, print, or save. That’s all there is to it!
If you would prefer to receive a paper statement for a specific account, you may change your delivery preference by selecting the Menu option within the eStatement dashboard, then selecting Delivery Preferences. Select the account you’d like to receive paper statements for, then select “Change to Printed and Mailed.” Statements that are printed and mailed may incur additional fees.
