What age do I need to be to qualify for a student checking account?

Those who are less than 18 years of age will need a parent or legal guardian to sign up for an account and serve as co-owner. Student checking accounts are available for those up to age 24. Once an account holder reaches that age, their account will be automatically converted to a Free Checking account unless they choose another option.
