Do I have to be a Stillman Bank customer to use Stillman Mobile?

Yes, you must have at least one Stillman account to use our mobile banking services. You must also be signed up for Stillman Online and/or Stillman Web Pay.

If you are not a current Stillman online banking customer, it's easy to enroll. Just click here to get started. Or you can visit your local Stillman office or call us at (815) 645-2266.

How do I enroll in Stillman Mobile?

There's no need to enroll! Just type in our mobile address www.stillmanmobile.com from your web-enabled mobile device to get started. From there, you'll just need to enter your normal IDs and passwords to access your online accounts.

Which phones/mobile devices are currently supported?

You should be able to access Stillman Mobile with any mobile device (phone, PDA or tablet) that has Internet capability. If you are unsure of your phone's capabilities, please contact your wireless provider. Please note: Although Stillman Bank does not charge for mobile banking, your wireless carrier's standard web access rates do apply. See your wireless service provider for details on specific fees and charges that may apply.

What are the configuration requirements for my mobile device?

To ensure Stillman Mobile works correctly on your web-enabled mobile device, make sure the following options are selected in your browser setup, if applicable:

  • Support JavaScript
  • Allow JavaScript Popups
  • Support HTML Tables
  • Use Foreground & Background Colors
  • Use Background Images
  • Support Embedded Media
  • Support Style Sheets
What is the charge for using Stillman Mobile?

Stillman Bank does not charge for Mobile Banking access; however, your wireless provider may charge for its web service. Please check with your wireless service provider for specific fees and charges that may apply.

What type of transactions can I complete with Stillman Mobile?

You can check balances, review account activity, transfer money between your Stillman accounts, and pay bills.

Can I transfer funds between any of my accounts with Stillman Mobile?

Yes! You can transfer to and from any of your Stillman accounts as long as you can access them through Stillman Online. Any transfers through Stillman Mobile will be one-time transfers. At this time, you cannot set up a recurring transfer in Stillman Mobile.

Can I view check images with Stillman Mobile?

Most smartphones enable you to view checks written on your account. Some smaller phones cannot display legible images. If your phone is too small to view images, the "View Check Images" option in Stillman Mobile will not be available.

Can I pay bills with Stillman Mobile?

Yes! As long as you have an active Stillman Web Pay account, you are able to pay bills through Stillman Mobile. Each bill payment will need to be completed separately and you are not able to set up a recurring payment. For security purposes, you can only add payments to payees already established through your Stillman Web Pay account. Once the payee is set up, you can make payments to it through Stillman Mobile.

Is Stillman Mobile secure?

Yes! To prevent unauthorized access, your personal information is protected by 128-bit encryption as it travels to your mobile device. We do not transmit account number information and none of your financial information is stored on your mobile device.

When I try to enter an amount for a bill payment or transfer, I can't enter any numbers, only letters. Why?

Check the settings on your mobile device to make sure you don't have alpha-only enabled on the keypad.

Why does my Stillman Mobile screen look different than my friend's screen even though we both bank at Stillman Bank?

Each mobile device model and service provider offers a variety of web browser applications, and Stillman Mobile is capable of adjusting to most types of devices that offer web access. However, different mobile devices may display a variety of font sizes, colors and buttons.

How do I get a map to a Stillman Bank location?

Go to the Locations Page, select a city, then click on the Get Mobile Map link.

How do I check the weather?

Go to the Locations Page, select a city, then click on the Get Local Weather link.

Yes, we offer the Stillman Mobile Banking App for iPhones and iPads. It can be downloaded for free at the App Store. We do not currently have an app available for Android.
