The security of your account information is our top priority. That’s why we have instituted a new layer of online protection called Multi-Factor Authentication. What this simply means is that we have made your online account access more secure by adding multiple methods to identify you, the accountholder.
Stillman Online requires you to set up three personal verification questions. If your computer or login location isn’t recognized, or if you are attempting to complete a transaction for which we need a second level of authorization, you will be asked to answer the questions you have selected.
This feature provides an extra level of security, allowing you to continue to bank online safely and securely from anywhere!
Stillman Web Pay
We have also added a new level of protection for Stillman Web Pay. If a Web Pay item is entered and the transaction falls out of your normal payments (either due to amount, computer location or payee), the item could be held until we receive verification from you that the transaction is valid.
For your protection, you will be prompted for the last four digits of your social security number in addition to your account number and PIN. Please have this information available when you login.
