Edward Munguia
Ed serves as Executive Vice President and oversees the bank’s Commercial Lending Department. He has been in banking for more than 38 years and earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from DePaul University.
Ed is involved with a variety of economic development initiatives in the Rockford area. He currently serves as the President of the Northern Illinois Community Development Corporation He is also a current board member for Rockford Local Development Corporation. In addition, he also previously served as a board member for the Rockford Area Economic Development Corporation (RAEDC) and Rock River Valley YMCA.
Donald Banks
With 36 years of banking experience, Don serves as Senior Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Western Illinois University. He is also a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking Madison, the Community Bankers Association of Illinois Community Bankers School, and the American Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. Don also earned his Executive Leadership Certificate through the Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional and Executive Development.
Don is also very active in the community serving on several boards of local organizations. Currently, he serves as a board member for the Rockford Symphony Orchestra and the Community Building Complex of Boone County. He also sits on the boards of the Rockford Local Development Corporation (RLDC) and Flora Cemetery. Additionally, Don is the clerk for Flora Township and is a member of the IOU Club of Belvidere.
Chris Agnitsch
With over 15 years of experience in the banking industry, all of those years in commercial banking, Chris currently serves as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. Chris grew up on a family farm in Eastern Iowa and graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Communications and Economics. Chris found his way to Rockford in the summer of 1996 as an intern for the Rockford Cubbies. He returned in 2000 to work for the Rockford Area Chamber of Commerce, where he worked his way up to Vice President of Government Relations. After a 2.5-year stint in Ohio as President of the Lancaster-Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce, Chris returned to Rockford in 2008 and began his commercial lending career.
A resident of Boone County, Chris currently serves as President of the EIGERlab Board of Directors and is Vice President of the Scandinavian Cemetery Board. A long-time supporter of Women of Today’s Manufacturing, Chris currently serves as a Trustee of that organization.
Jennifer Sisson
With over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, 20 of those years in commercial banking services, Jen currently serves as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. She is also a graduate of Commercial Lending School through the Illinois Bankers Association and holds her Real Estate Broker License in the state of Illinois.
A lifelong resident of Boone County, Jen currently serves as a board member and Treasurer for Boone County CASA, Women of Today’s Manufacturing, and the Belvidere District #100 Charitable Foundation. She is also a board member of the Belvidere Area Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Cosmopolitan Club of Belvidere and the Rockford Network of Professional Women.
T. Pat Donahue
Pat serves as Senior Vice President, overseeing the daily operations of our Oregon Office. With over 25 years of banking experience, Pat specializes in commercial business lending. He earned his degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University, attended the ABA Banking School at Illinois Wesleyan and is a graduate of the Commercial Banking School in Texas. Before his career in banking, he was a business entrepreneur for 17 years.
As a lifelong Oregon resident, Pat is actively involved in the community. He volunteers his time with a number of area organizations including the Village of Progress Foundation, St Mary Church and Knights of Columbus.
