Stillman Bank Announces 2020 Promotions

Martin C. Larson, Chairman and CEO of Stillman BancCorp N.A., along with the Board of Directors have moved to promote the following bank officers:

Cassaundra E. Bull, Director of Marketing

Cassie has been with Stillman Bank for 7 years. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Illinois State University. She also graduated from the Graduate School of Banking Sales and Marketing School at the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2018. Cassie directs all marketing and event planning activities to support the promotion of the bank’s products and services, as well as the bank in general.

 

 

 

Dawn M. Hudson, Loan Accounting Officer

Dawn joined Stillman Bank in 1988 and has over 31 years of experience with Stillman Bank. Dawn directs numerous loan operational and accounting functions to support accurate loan records and the delivery of exceptional credit customer service. In addition, Dawn oversees the accounting function of the bank’s secondary market loan portfolio.

 

 

 

 

Marilyn A. Janes, Credit Quality Officer

Marilyn has been with Stillman Bank since 1994. Throughout her 26 years with the bank, she has taken a wide variety of banking classes and has served in many different roles within the Loan Department. In her current position, Marilyn manages the bank’s credit quality assurance program by directing the proactive review of loan documentation, ensuring compliance, completeness, and accuracy.

 

 

 

Melissa S. Morphey, Senior Credit Analyst

Melissa joined Stillman Bank in 2015 and has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Melissa’s main responsibility is to support the commercial lending process through independent and thorough evaluation of financial data relative to commercial credit relationships.

 

 

 

 

Zachary A. Picton, Controller

Zach has been with Stillman Bank since 2015 and has 6 years of experience in the banking industry. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and received his Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting from Western Governors University. He also received his Certified Public Accountant license in 2017.  In his role, Zach Directs and controls the financial and administrative accounting functions in support of the overall financial soundness of the organization.
